How to Get a Great Start
We want you to feel comfortable right from the start at Family Dentistry of Bartow County, so below, you’ll find everything you need to know ahead of your first appointment. We’ll walk you through your initial visit, go over our insurance information, and even give you a chance to fill out our forms ahead of time. Of course, if you have any questions or concerns you’d like to share with us, you’re always encouraged to give us a call.
Your First Dental Visit
After a warm greeting and a quick check-in, you’ll be escorted to the back, and one of our team members will briefly discuss your medical and dental history before taking some X-rays. You’ll then be introduced to Dr. Obeid, who will perform an exam, go over his findings with you, and work with you to put together an ongoing treatment plan. From there, you’ll have a chance to ask questions before we bring you back to the front to schedule your next appointment.
New Patient Forms
